      - Corrupt management - More concerned about expanding the business than their staff or clients - No support for frontline staff - Disrespectful - Tokenistic. Give you a gift on ‘Staff Appreciation Day’, but probably don’t know your name and really couldn’t care less about you. - Poor work-life balance - EXTREMELY high staff turnover.
