Tone-Deaf & Disingenuous - Administrative Officer Kettering University Employee Review

Microaggressions and gaslighting appeared to be normalized. Experiences documenting/going to HR felt futile. Seemed like a shared experience among co-workers. Communication within and between departments felt limited and of poor quality. Couldn't shake the gross feeling of bringing students to a place that didn't really seem to care/support them fully beyond mere virtue signaling. Ask an undergrad student about Kettering and see if they mention anything outside of the co-op without prompting.
