Pros
Kent is an amazing place to work. From the employees to the potential growth, Kent is not only a great job, but it is a great potential career. I have been apart of the Kent team for 8 months now and I have been able to grow into a management position where I can feel comfort and stability of my employment. Also I cannot forget the people who make up the Kent team I am apart of, everyone is so nice, welcoming and enjoy working. It makes a huge difference when you love what you do and love the people you get to do it with!
Cons
For all the pros of Kent, wage would be the con. There is a large gap between the minimum wage ($13.00) and the livable wage($18.00). I would love to see Kent become more competitive with their wages, but also have the wages to back up the great employer to work for.
