*Low pay. Like, minimum wage low... Even after several years. *Overworked associates. *You must pay for your required uniforms. I have never worked anywhere that has this policy. $25 for a Kent t-shirt?? That's just crazy. *Low morale. *Unreasonably high expectations from management. *High staff turnover *Understaffed stores **not Halifax store specifically, but in HRM
