My personal dislike was the way they forced employees to compete with one another. If you had a lousy week or were just struggling selling products or getting clients in general it was posted on the wall for everyone to see how well some do and how poor others are doing. The coaching they offer to help move you up in the rankings is based on pushing clients to buy more and upsell already expensive services. And the talk around the check in computers typically consisted of people being nosey about who had how many or few clients each day. Everyone was too concerned about other employees business or lack there of. Not very comfortable atmosphere created here. Some thrive and others wither because that’s not how they grow.
