Work from home opportunities, basic company benefits

Cons

Management is not well trained. The trainers are trained, but you won’t learn the actual functions of the systems properly. Be prepared to be assigned an influx of claims and dropped on an island being left to figure it out on your own. You will be given additional states to cover (more responsibilities). When it’s time to do an evaluation for an increase in pay you will be told that there’s another evaluation(even though the increase was already promised at time of hire). The pay is not competitive. COVID really laid into this company. They haven’t bounced back since.

Various product lines, employer match 401k contribution and limited upward mobility

Cons

New CEO numbers driven, has been several reduction of work force, and claims has high turnover
