      Co-workers and immediate managment is, for the most part, a great group of people.

      Cons

      Nepotism / favoritism. Poor leadership. Lack of family values. Too much work / workflow not equally distributed. Expectations too high. Egotism. Don't have the proper tools to adequately do our job. Poor training. Poor morale.
