Pros

The people. Working remote. If it weren't for these 2 things I likely would have packed it in years ago.

Cons

Pay-Kemper is 30 to 40% BELOW what is now the industry standard for paying their adjusters. We lose so much talent because the corporate overlords would rather pat themselves on a the back and give each other their quarterly bonuses instead of taking that money and giving it to the the reps with boots on the ground actually doing the hard work and taking care of our customers.
