Pros

Salary was impressive but quickly discovered its because they cannot keep anyone longer than the 1-2 year mark.

Cons

Management continually dumps extra work on you because they can’t keep an employee. The particular division I was part of had a VP and AVP who wrangled their team by daily belittling, shouting, cutting you off when you asked a question and my favorite the reminder that you are the worst employee they've ever had, they’ve never had to manage such an incapable person and that you are replaceable so get your act together!

High caseloads and demanding workloads can make it challenging to maintain work life balance. The job can be stressful at times due to deadlines, customer expectations, and the volume of claims.
