      Pros

      A good place to work cross platform between Unix and Mainframe with an Oracle Data Base.

      Cons

      Some of the technology was out of date as in dating to the 1980's. There is not structure and very little communication. Due to the lack of communication, things are pretty disorganized with the same thing being done by two different people at the same time with neither person aware of what the other is doing.
