Pros
The company has great people working for it. Management and coworkers are very friendly, very knowledgeable and ready, willing and able to help. Claims system is very intuitive and lots of technology being tested. Many opportunities for growth with many directions within the company to take. Growing the area of the company that I am a part of.

Some growing pains which are handled collaboratively and handled timely (so is it really a con?)
