We're do I start... They lie to you to get you in the door. They promised me free parking in order to make me take a job at a location where parking is $18 a day. Told me the guard at the garage would recognize my uniform and let me in for free... That never happened and the guard and garage don't exist. They make you pay for your uniform and when you need a coat they take months to get it to you. I was wearing a regular coat in dead winter. Benefit package is laughable. They will hire literally anyone to be a supervisor or road supervisor. I catch a few of these "supervisors" all the time parked in company vehicles sleeping in broad daylight. 60% of these supervisors are alcoholics and they have no problem telling you it. This company takes advantage of the lower educated employees paying them 8-9 dollars an hour which is cruel then again they again they will tell you to wait to take their drug test until you system is clear! Absolutely no advancement at all. There are guys that have worked here for over 10 years and have only gotten a 13 cent raise and that was 6 years ago. No paid days off, no vacation days no ANYTHING. Save yourself and avoid unless you like to lied to and treated like a slave
