      Pros

      KPS has flexible schedules, your coworkers tend to be great people, and you can ask for different assignments to keep things fresh.

      Cons

      While your coworkers are great, there is a culture of "bare-minimum" which most of them tend to adhere to. The management doesn't reward you for going beyond that bare-minimum, so there's not much reason for you to even if you are a more motivated employee.
