Pros

Extremely fast-paced work environment. Challenging yet rewarding. On-boarding process is extremely thorough although everyone is expected to learn quickly. Capacity & capability will be tested immediately as everyone is expected to wear multiple hats. Work never gets mundane as the nature of the work is constantly changing, really gets your feet wet right away and exposes you to all the different moving pieces to make the operation work. Realistic opportunities to join as a fulltime upon completion of internship/graduation. CEO is incredible smart.

Cons

Smaller office environment might not be suitable for some. Interns are expected to learn and piece things together quickly. Need to have good phone skills, lots of calls. Long hours Steep learning curve No benefits

Pros

I have seen a few bad reviews on here. To be honest, its not for everyone. If you are looking for a corporate style environment, this is not it. However, if you want a real life hands on experience in the RE field, this is a great opportunity. You can have to showcase your skillset and overall understanding of the product to the office manager. There is an opportunity to make great income if you devote yourself. I worked here for 3 years and never had an issue with payments. As I previously mentioned, you have to work for it - nothing is handed to you.

Cons

One thing I wished we did more often is attend office after work gatherings.

Pros

I've worked at Kech development as an unpaid intern to a full-time position, at first I was balancing school with work and it was hard as the pay was low at first as I didn't know much and it took me a while to complete assignments. However after finishing up school I was offered a full-time position and I can say that the pay got significantly better. After getting to know some of the people there, the work environment was great, all questions I had would be answered.

Cons

-Low pay at first but will gradually get better -Gears toward those who are more passionate towards Real Estate and are good at picking up knowledge
