I love that company offers wellness days and other benefits to focus on your mental health. I also like how there’s more training outlets for leadership and stylist.

The only con I would say is having an extra layer up for mental health insurance for stylist

- cute store with cute items -discount on coach items is a huge plus - discount on bags during quarters - smal staff

- heavy reliance on selling items with small bonus structure -you have to wear the apparel but the discount policy to get them is so poor. -
