Pros
Overall great products and some very talented people in the business. Had plenty of opportunities for trainings/certificates to upskill myself and the rest of the team, as well as opportunities for relocation. Worth mentioning good salaries as well.
Cons
The company has been dealing with geo political challenges for a few years, making your day-to-day job more difficult (always need to have back up plans). Also, while there are very talented people in the business, it sometimes felt sub teams were competing with each other rather than working together, lots of internal politics involved rather than find a compromise and stick to it.
