Management is shocking, structure is unstable and nonsensical. Turnover is the highest at any company I've ever worked at, from very senior down to temp staff, no one feels secure in their job and the culture is secretive and toxic. Incompetent employees are rewarded and improvements and suggestions are discouraged. Loyal employees aren't rewarded, and genuine complaints fall on deaf ears with senior management. Threats of layoffs and office closures loom, and thus most employees constantly have one foot out the door.
