Exceptionlly weird grading and compensation policies. Some nice features (like 401K for US), but mostly extremely untransparent and flat out illogical HR policy on rating people (multiple grading systems present and active at once for the same department, new hires get almost twice as high base pay as existing employees of the same grade and role\experience).
