Pros

At the macro level, the company has delivered good value to clients and get projects based on their previous work most of the times. It has been recognized by various research and advisory companies giving them a good repute. At the micro level, due to it's smaller size they are able to address concerns from an employee quickly. The top level directors of Finance and HR are empathetic have handled the queries from employee's with grace. Lot of opportunities are given in multiple areas to develop oneself technically and mostly they are done on the job. Flexible work hours depending on the projects demands. A friendly atmosphere where you can make some strong ties, with the best and the brightest. And good healthcare benefits overall.

Cons

At a macro level, there is lesser emphasis on formal training and left to the individual to improve herself. If one is in a long running project and on a familiar technology, then the growth and contribution are limited, though one can always go deeper in their own domain. At a micro level, the additional benefits are lesser in comparison to other companies. The reward system for appreciating good work seems to be based primarily on client feedback and if you're in a project that is not going so well which is not under your control, then the rewards are also affected despite the long hours put in. Increments vary largely based on individual performance.

We recommend that all our employees discuss their long-term goals and aspirations with their manager or the human resources department to ensure that their goals are aligned with those of the company.
