Thank you for sharing your perspective. We genuinely value all feedback as it helps us identify areas of improvement. We understand the importance of work-life balance and are actively working towards enhancing it. While we appreciate the input about the perception of control by a few individuals, we strive to foster a collaborative environment where input from all team members is valued. We continuously refine our processes to create a streamlined workflow. Regarding the integration of fresh talent, we invest heavily in learning and development initiatives to encourage a culture of growth and innovation. We understand concerns about root causes and target-setting, and we are committed to addressing these issues with seriousness and diligence. When you assert that we are ruining careers with random decisions, it's important to note that amidst the post-COVID market shift, we take pride in declaring that we abstained from terminating anyone's employment. Unlike other companies, layoffs were never contemplated by our management. Nevertheless, when customers demand enhanced support and service, and candidates, despite thorough training and certifications, struggle to meet client interview expectations consistently, we are compelled to take necessary measures. We acknowledge your observation on favoritism and assure you that our aim is to cultivate an inclusive and fair work environment for everyone. Your advice to our management is valuable, and we are committed to engaging with our teams more comprehensively and actively considering their feedback. Your candid input helps us evolve positively. At the same time, we want to highlight that while experienced team members bring deep insights into our systems, we are aligned with the need to infuse fresh perspectives. Implementing new ideas takes time to ensure a seamless transition without disrupting ongoing operations. We want to assure you that in recent years, we have implemented a series of changes aimed at streamlining and automating processes across various departments, which have indeed yielded positive outcomes. We recognize that change is a gradual process, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to evolve and adapt. Your insights are instrumental in guiding our efforts, and we remain dedicated to building a collaborative, transparent, and innovative work environment that benefits all our team members.

Pros

There are few good projects.

Cons

Not optimistic about future vision and goals. The whole company revolve around few peoples which makes a big barrier to bring and grow new talents. 0% consideration on employee concerns which makes consultant life horrible. No organization structure and policy on hiring, performance review, training and growth, etc. On top of all, no visibility or transparency on company outlook even to employees.

Pros

1. If you are enterprising and are willing to learn by yourself, you get access to some of the latest technology in BI. However, do not expect any help from the management. 2. I also got to work with some very intelligent and amazing colleagues. 3. Most of my colleagues were willing to take time out and help.

Cons

1. Employees are underpaid 2. Employees are undervalued 3. Work-Life Balance is an alien concept 4. The HR is terrible. Immature and Unprofessional 5. Senior Management has excellent technical skills but zero people skills 6. The only way to advance in this company is to suck up to the management 7. Did I mention the HR is terrible? 8. No room for personal growth 9. No Career path. Your title might change but the work remains the same 10. The offshore resources are treated like CR*P 11. Rules are created/bent to suit the management 12. I really did not like the HR ;) 13. Culture at KPI... What's that?
