Pros
1, Good people in a good team. They have G&A group runing everything behind the scene, but they are doing a good job and won't over reach. The company feels like run by engineers rather than business people. 2, They have different type of projects, roadway, bridges, fish passages, waterfront...You will work with different PM on multiple tasks and can learn a lot. 3, Work life balance is ok, as a civil. 4. They give yearly report and slide, telling everyone how the whole company is doing. From what I can see they are doing very good financially in the recent 3 years.
Cons
All the senior managers have very long experience in KPFF, almost their entire career. You need a loyal membership to join them. If you join half way, you need to spend super long time to fill the loayl bar.
