      Pros

      KONE offers great benefits and generous wages as long as you ask for them. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and the industry is stable. Management cares about you and will allow you to put your family first.

      Cons

      Training could be better. Not a great choice for Type A folks who need a lot of structure, you have to be able to make your own plan and be flexible.
