      Pros

      Vacation package is exceptional and is far above others in this field.

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional leadership. Very reluctant to change or new ideas from less senior members with direct experience. Positions are not as advertised and good people are lost a result leaving others to pick up the pieces. Negativity is widespread and stems down from leadership itself.

      there is nothing to share good about this kone elevator india pvt ltd (GEC). managers are purely egoistic, dominating, behaviors. no professional ethics, basic maners, cultures and all.

      Cons

      if we ask questions, then u will be cornered. even though we achieve all targets we will not get bonus and increment unless u have to always say yes to ur manger. if u r salve u ll become next manager soon. worst attitude and 100% partiality.

      Pros

      Level of compensation, company vehicle that comes with personal use, close knit office staff. Expense card. Strong local managers. Allot of pride in this industry, very selective industry.

      Cons

      Zero work/life balance. Expectations are absolutely unrealistic. Systems are antiquated. The "district" management team flat out ignore the specific challenges of each market and have a boiler plate set of expectations that do not always apply and are not very flexible.
