Cons
Salary is substantially below market rates, many engineers who left, got %30-%50 more. Reaching 100k pa is very rare, even for a successful engineer with 10 years experience which includes a few promotions. I have been working in KONE for a few years, and no one has ever gave me KPI to achieve, or any feedback about my performance. Engineers with great performance get the same % salary increase as mediocre ones. Inside engineering, we are using old tools with a legacy system that no one can understand. Instead of creating modern tools by an IT professional, these tasks are allocated to random engineer with some programming knowledge, if that engineer leaves - no one will know what to do.
