Only for learning just & management not good & some profile are created only on india those are not exist at global level & other company also company is mnc & no facilities are like mnc those are provide by other mnc company & apraisal increase % not good & HR is very bad
Cons
Work culture is not good & processes not defined properly & facilities are not good as compare to other companies in industry.
