      Pros

      A good company to work for and learn from. It can be a career but also serves as a nice stepping stone as they have very good proceses and products.

      Cons

      Europe clearly runs the show and you will be a cog in the wheel without much say... Lots of reports and very little latitude. Ok if you like that kind of thing
