This company is employee owned and you receive up to 15% of your yearly salary in the company ESOP. My friend worked here for 40 years and has several million in his ESOP.

The vacation schedule isn't great.

Product is over-engineered and durable. KI comes out with many new lines to stay current with trends. Breadth of lines is huge and it's very possible to furniture a complete project. Great warranty program

Working with KI as a dealer can be difficult. The people you depend on at HQ can act like there no other options, take it of leave it. KI does not offer spiff program to dealer acct managers, so they have to LOVE the product to choose it over a chair they get paid $5 for each one they place.
