The sexual harassment issues the company is known for do set the tone of the workplace culture, unfortunately. I was specifically told at one point when consulted to hire a new team member that if she was female she couldn't be "too attractive" because of past problems with attractive female employees and management. Sad that candidates were being judged on appearance rather than ability. I was also asked to break the law one more than one occasion in the course of my employment. I refused to do so. I was not fired for it, but it did make my working relationship with the management strained as they were unhappy I would not violate federal law for them.

Incredibly stupid IS management that does not actually know the environment they work in. Software developers that can barely use a modern PC. No professional support from any IS managers. The IS helpdesk can not solve a problem unless the solution has been demonstrated a dozen times. IS security is an absolute joke.
