have been working with Key Difference as a Project Coordinator for almost a year now, and it has been absolutely great. I joined here as a fresher, just out of college, and initially I did not know how to manage people. Things changed so fast! With young but highly skilled management and HR teams, the work atmosphere is both energetic and productive. I had trouble understanding the operations in the beginning, but I was hand-held through all the processes and was made proficient by sheer effort of my supervisors. My colleagues, especially my Senior Manager, were patient enough to help me. Now, I lead my team during Monday Meetings! The management makes it a point to discuss all its policies with everyone. The only problem with working here is that they expect you to voice your opinions at every meeting! Key Difference offers the right work life balance and flexible work schedules.

There are days when I have had to work for extended hours; but there have been days when I am free to read a book or watch the news!
