Good place for interns to start their career. Salary is better than competition. GREAT EXPOSURE. Can learn new technologies. Work pressure is there but not too much. Many team building events and activities. HR is very friendly. Very casual work atmosphere. There is no concept of bench; everyone has work. People appreciate good work. Very professional colleagues.

Cons

Not everyone can interact with clients. Salary hike is not too high.

Small flat organization. Very motivating CEO. Every employee is encouraged. Guidance is given to new employees. HR is easy to talk to. Everyone is polite with the new hires, and welcoming. As long as you complete your work on time, no one to question what you do with your free time. If there is an issue, you are given enough help to sort the problem – no office politics at all.

Cons

Work pressure and very few off days.

Lot of opportunities and room for growth at Key Difference. Very fulfilling work. Great company for the freshers to start their career. Modern company with new outlook. No strict rules and everyone is very polite and professional. Open door policy maintained by the management. Overall work environment is very professional.

Cons

Salary is in line with other companies, training could be more intensive. You are expected to learn most of the things by yourself with only guidance given by Seniors.
