Pros

The people and departmental teams are talented, committed to doing good work, and overall supportive and trustful of each other.

Cons

A lack of transparency, accountability, psychological safety, and empathy from senior leadership, primarily the CEO. He has pushed several people out, and others have resigned after seeing his plans for the company's direction. From an HR perspective, this is a significant red flag. Culturally, the CEO is currently dismantling the place from the inside. Major workplace changes have been enacted without input or communication with other stakeholders, and as a result, divisiveness and cynicism are now widespread among the employees who remain. It's remarkable that just a few months ago, before Stultz was introduced as full-time CEO, this was a family-oriented, positive, flexible, and highly productive workplace. Now there is a dark cloud hanging over it, and many of the people who made it great are leaving or have gone. Yet another red flag. In what seems to be a doubling down on the idea that this mission-based organization should function like a sports team or military unit, "encouragement" messages have begun appearing on campus screens, reading things like "Today you are walking into a battleship. Man your station well!" This kind of messaging is so disconnected from both the employees and the mission of the organization that it's almost hard to believe.

The multimedia ministry is a wonderful place to work and move people closer to Jesus.

Cons

No option for hybrid work could be a negative for some.

Pros

The team members here are genuinely hard-working. They bring real care and sincerity to their work and the audience they serve. It's clear that the team members, no matter where they are in their walks with the Lord are not the problem.

Cons

Everyone should be concerned about the turnover. More than half of the executive staff have left, and there is a large amount of team members leaving. What's even more interesting is how many people with industry knowledge and networks are being fired or are quitting. It also seems that there is a difference on what leadership is communicating as to why so many are leaving, that is in direct opposition to why people are actually leaving (poor and toxic leadership). We have seen inconsistencies and disorganization appear, in a company that had run smoothly for I think 40+ years. The whole company seems to lack motivation, random brands have been created with no strategy, meaning money is bleeding out to keep them afloat. Trust between leadership and team members has disappeared. What's the saddest part? Like any other company all the problems can be tied back to money and man's desire to be known, by someone other than Jesus. There is no legacy in the world worth what is happening to this "ministry"
