-Managment All bosses and no leaders, put people down, cultivate a corrupt business culture, and are effectively driving the company into the ground -Pay/Compensation/Benefits Pay is below the national average and pay increases are 1-2%, no sick time, terrible vacation time. -Business Culture Worst I've ever seen, morale is rock bottom, management do what they please, and the company policies only apply to certain people. -Shrinking Sales Lost 20+ million in 2015-2016 alone, business is shrinking, not competitive price-wise, quality is dismal, and the management are people who have no business in sales or product management. Customers dislike dealing with managers and some of our outside sales people are barred from customers workplaces.
