The most toxic work experience of my lifetime. Bullying, harassment and gossip permeate the entire operation. There are a few “diamonds in the rough” but it’s mostly hell. No cooperation or communication between departments. Toxic and devisive leadership, if you can call it that. I started out my career at Judd full of enthusiasm and desire to learn and be included and I was ostracized by my “team”. I was slandered and harassed to the point that action had to be taken. Love yourself and go somewhere else.
