- A bit higher salary range compare to Indonesian company - Can work with notable client

Cons

- Leadership is ambiguous - No career path and growth, and payment is not increasing (Might be if more than 3 years) - Management like to blame subordinate due to low customer satisfactory - Overtime is common, and no paid overtime - Bad management. Promoted to being open for critics and idea but will not listed, or even considered the suggestion - No trust between management and subordinate, expect to be questioned on everything you do

The founders are not cut out to run a company, very arrogant and think they are geniuses when in reality they have no idea what they're doing.

Remote working and no micromanagement

Cons

"Disorganized and unsupportive work environment. No benefits, no training or ramp-up period, and unclear job expectations. It feels like they set you up for failure from day one. They don’t provide basic tools—no laptop, no mobile device, no software—yet expect you to succeed with zero support. It’s like being thrown into the deep end without a life jacket."
