The interview process for this position has four stages: a phone screening with HR, an interview with the CS Lead, and a final interview with a C-Level executive.

1. First Interview: HR screening (Questions focus on background, experience and general fit for the role)
2. Second interview: Technical round with Tech Lead and Customer Success team (Covering technical topics like APIs and assessing my ability to communicate technical concepts)
3. Third interview: Discussion with CTO
