Want to work in a company that is recognized worldwide? this is the place. There is no other place that have the kind of brand equity that J&J possesses in its arsenal - basically they 'own' baby, and their diversification makes the company a little bit more secure than the rest.
Cons
This company is now a huge elephant full of politics. The old mantra was "Small company environment, big company impact" - wel, it's really big company bureocracy, small company resources.... The company has become so slow that is even difficult to undertake must do projects or initiatives.
