Pros
Owner driven company, owners are very good. focus on client relationship management, expanding the business very fast. Suitable for smart working people, not hard working because the time management is very important here
Cons
Very traditional way of working, The company is using very old softwares for billing and inventory management. Too much interference from all the department from the head office. Lots of times most of the employees do unproductive works due to lack of modern era working style. No job security, only monthly salary no incentives/bonus
