Pros
Decent offices and overall a good group of people to work with. The money is on or above market rate depending on your experience and the clients and projects Jacobs have and work on are ok.
Cons
The culture is shocking. The work environment is stale and nigh on toxic in some areas. Constant restructures where a lot of people are being made redundant doesnt help. No learning and development opportunities for graduates and most employees. No investment in systems and technology. People do not come first, and most people know it.
