Pros
Jacobs offered me a DoD clearance upgrade during my initial interview. I was on an overseas contract at the time, preparing to return stateside. I hadn't seen my children in seven (7) months. They allowed me immediate PTO before requiring me to report in so I could spend time with family.
Cons
After accepting a position in Germany, my contract was defunded by the US Army. I was left on my own to find another contract or be forced to return stateside.
