Pros
Wealth of experience and knowledge. Productive working atmosphere. Mixture of employees from all age groups. Good social functions to integrate the teams outside of the office. Plenty of opportunity. Flexible working hours.
Cons
Low wage. At the time of this placement we were experiencing the initial effects of the economic downturn. This resulted in a serious shortage of work by the end of my placement which went some way to spoiling the whole experience.
