Pros
Jacobs brought in a new CEO a few years ago. Mr. Demetrious re-structured the company along lines of business versus regions. The stock price responded very well to his vision and realignment
Cons
The company still tends to operate, at the grass roots level, very regionally. taking advantage of global resources, knowledge, best practises etc, still hasn't t really happened to a significant extent.
