Cons
Mgmt expects you to work 24/7 because they do. The work/life balance sucks, the pay isn't great, the benefits keep getting more expensive. Have you ever wanted to live out the movie "office space"? Now you can! Broken processes everywhere, no one wants to take responsibility for. When those of us on the "front lines" speak up we are not heard. Cutting back in all the wrong places. Customers are angry and internally, we are too. Doing a good job and working extra hard is only rewarded with more and more work so you end up burnt out, then once you are burnt out and start doing only as much work as others, you are punished. Chaotic work environment because of all the internal turmoil, the company has no idea what it wants to be or how to be it. Mgmt doesn't care about you, at all. You are a number on a spreadsheet.
