Pros
Some long tenure with staff, which is good. Senior staff (not management) knowledgeable in IT Staffing with long-term client relationships. Favorable reputation in the business place. Great opportunity for recent college grads to learn the business and start their career. New softball team and a trip to the Angels Game. President gave all employees an iPad at Christmas. President is a wonderful person but very hands-off and is not actually in the business at all. Lives out of state part time.
Cons
No clear direction with the company. Management doesn't stay with a decision or strategy for more than a month. Constant change in how to move the business forward, meaning what is good one month is then forgotten the next month. Managing Partner is very focused on image, opportunistic, and portrayed as not very truthful as stated by staff. Pay is low for recent grads with the expectation to pay them low and have them overworked, a good way to mold them to however the company sees fit. High turn-over with sales and recruitment for new hires.
