Can't think of many. Have a couple well established accounts and people seemed to be happy while at work.
Cons
Management has no clear direction and is slow to make decisions. You're told one thing and then they do another. Also, don't feel empowered to make any decisions on my own. Not a great for for someone who doesn't like micro management, unrealistic metrics, and politics.
Great accounts, good employee benefits, good reputation, they pay commission on time.
Cons
Low base pay for recruiters, fully run on matrix, all about the numbers, inexperienced Account Managers. Senior management want so grow the business but changes directions often.
HR is very responsive to employees needs and inquiries - Amanda Woods, the HR manager is awesome
They offer medical, dental, vision and 401k for full time employees
Cons
I could not think of any negative things to say about my experience working with ITC. It's been great and I have no complaints!
