Pros

LoL, I wish there was even one. [REFER TO PHOTOS FOR PROOF]

Cons

- No Appraisal for past 3-4 years, every six months they complain about not making enough money hence no hikes/bonus/variable, yet they hire their own relatives at high packages and secretly offer appraisals only to bootlickers - Not a single benefit which other 'normal' companies provide. No Medical insurance,Accidental insurance, Transportation, Food vouchers, RnR, not even acknowledgement of your work. - Only 17 leaves provided out of which 12 need to be reserved for company shutdown in december every year. No leave encashment or carry forward. - When raising concerns the management will simply humiliate you and ask you to Leave. [REFER TO PHOTOS FOR PROOF]

Pros

I have been working at Iron Systems for 3 years 2 months, and it has been a rewarding experience. The company fosters a positive work culture, promotes learning and development, and provides growth opportunities basis the employee's capabilities. One of the key highlights is the collaborative environment, where team members support each other and innovation is encouraged. Work-life balance is maintained well, with flexible work culture and employee-friendly initiatives. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stable and growth-oriented workplace!

Cons

Of course, like any organization, there are areas for improvement. Streamlining internal processes and enhancing communication across departments could further enhance efficiency. However, overall, it is a great place to work, offering a dynamic and fulfilling career experience

Pros

Sometimes team members are good enough to support you while you're on leave.

Cons

The company culture increasingly felt transactional rather than people-focused. Employees who remained loyal through difficult periods expected transparency, recognition, and basic growth conversations, but those expectations were often unmet. Compensation reviews were uncommon, and raising questions about career progression could unintentionally place employees in uncomfortable positions. Sudden terminations and silent offboarding practices negatively impacted trust across teams.
