If you are desperate for a job and don’t care how this black mark will look on your resume- go for it. Whatever you do don’t turn down another offer to work here. Many of the co-workers are nice.

Cons

Sexist management- unstable company- don’t mind using you for your contacts and letting you go. Zero integrity and questionable ethics.

Lots of politics in a small team. everyone wants to be a super manager without doing anything. lots of manual work / no fixed responsibilities if you have the ability to handle pressure with politics tactics than join NO HR involvement If you have setting than you will get good aprasial otherwise roam here and there
