      As a field employee there is quite a bit of freedom

      Hard to advance. Advancements decisions seem like they are made prior to posting job. So it becomes very discouraging when applying from within.

      Compensation. Bonuses. Holiday pay. Benefits. Team building days. office parties.

      If you are unbothered and don't get stressed out easily - go for it. I could not. little training. quantity over quality. constant sense of urgency. never feeling accomplished or that tasks were completed. mostly dealing with angry residents. responsibilities plus the phone queue was unmanageable. one or the other please. constant policy changes and having to explain that to residents.
