-Management is misguided and delusional about goals -They fire people every quarter. They fired a group of people the week before Christmas last year. If you are on an international visa (H1B), do not feel secure as they have laid off people with work visas and kicked them out of the country. -Changing priorities and no transparency -Led by fear -Poor vacation for an "exchange company". You start with 10 and gain 1 day each year. Also, there are forced vacation days around Christmas so in reality you get even less. -Managers that don't care about you at all and only watch their own backs. Senior leaders that are antiquated and full of lies. -No upper management potential -Do what you are told or be fired or pushed enough that you quit
