Pros
Working from home is the only pro.
Cons
-horrible TL's, my team leader never knew what she was doing. People from my team would try to contact her for help and she would never respond. - Constantly getting yelled at from customers because the company sucks and never does anything to help solve customers problems. - Paid bare minimum for the amount of work you do. Have calls every 20 seconds. - If your on a call for too long because your actually HELPING the customer, they will @ you and blow you up to get off the phone so you can take another call. - You will spend 40 hours a week on the phone - They only give you 10 minutes to use the bathroom for your whole shift. If you go a minute over they will clock you out. - Don't get PTO till a year of you working there. - Open for holidays, makes it difficult to take off - Horrible communication. Customers get angry because they spent hundreds of dollars for services that don't get completed and when you escalate it to the managers they never want to help or call the customers back which results in these customers calling back and yelling at another agent because their issue still never got resolved. - Says 16/hr on application but you start off at 13/hr, Not worth for the amount of mental/ emotional trauma you have to deal with.
