Pros
Work From Home is the only perk.
Cons
Was hired for one position, at interview told my hour range and it was M-F, but a week and a half into training was switched to another team. This added a week to the training and we were not told that now meant we worked on Saturdays until training was almost complete 2 1/2 weeks later. Then it was as if there was something wrong with the group that we weren't pleased with the change!?! No apology, no trying to work around your schedule just - now you work Saturdays, too bad so sad. I'm looking for a job now. I wouldn't work here. They don't value their people. The job is SUPER stressful. There's too much information to teach you, you learn processes and basics and spend the day winging it, praying your answers get answered in Slack, which they may or may not, in the 2 minutes you can have someone on hold. Not for anyone with anxiety. Not worth the amount they pay either, and you'll never get a merit raise, just moved to a new position with more stress like a pawn in a chess game.
